As of Friday, November 15, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is on strike. Canada Post's operations will be shut down for the duration of the national strike. Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered.
Orders placed during this period will be shipped when the strike is over.

Canada Post is the shipping provider for online orders. Shipping rates will be calculated based on product weight and the cost of any shipping rates will be added to your order at checkout.
Order will be processed within 3-5 business days. If an order experiences any delays in production, for any reason, we will typically reach out within 24 hours to notify the customer to discuss any deadline implications.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and they are shipped with care. Most of our pottery is shipped in two layers of boxes and secured with packing materials. Some of our delicate products have additional costs associated with them to account for the added packing materials.
We are only able to ship orders to Canada and the United States on our online store. We're in the process of enabling all our online products to be shipped to the United States. If you are placing an order and it is not letting you select an American shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] and we can enable it.
Shipping to countries other than Canada and United States is available for select products. Please contact us at [email protected] for details. Shipping and handling rates will be calculated based on the destination.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact the Customer Experience Coordinator at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, Seconds, and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
